The most important step in mounting the accessory is to measure and evenly space the saddles, allowing at least 2 1/2 to 3 feet (0.91 m) of the cover to extend over/past the outside saddles. MEASURE YOUR COVER!!

Below shows the 5 Solar Saddles® mounted on a 27-foot round pool and the solar cover stored neatly in the Solar Saddles®.
In one step, the cover is removed and stored while you enjoy your swim.

Example for a 27-foot pool, allow as close as 3', (applies to all sizes), for draping the cover over the outside saddles 3', total 6', 3' on each end to hold the cover in place, leaving 21' of cover to place in the saddles. Use your measurements and judgment as needed for mounting the saddles on your pool at the best location.

“MEASURE COVER” AND CALCULATE SADDLE;SPACING:
Divide 21 by 2 to arrive at 11' for outer bracket spacing, for this example.
Now place the center where you want it and place the outer brackets at 11'
from center bracket both left and right and place the intermediate brackets
between the outer and center brackets, and you have what you see below.
Remember to subtract the needed three feet for both ends in the first step.
